Lifeguards, Swim Teachers and Duty Managers

We are Hiring 
Join our enthusiastic and supportive team at Mount Barker Mountain Pool as a Lifeguard or Duty Manager, you will be working in a purposeful, rewarding role whilst contributing to the safety of the community.
Shifts available from early morning to late evenings 7 days a week, season duration is November to March, ages 17 Years and above can apply.

Lifeguard Essential Skills:
🔹Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
🔹Working With Children's Check
🔹National Police Check
🔹Current Pool Lifeguard Certificate

Swim Instructor 

Operating on a casual basis, as a Go swim Instructor you will be required to complete the following tasks:

🔹Plan and deliver high quality swimming lessons
🔹Deliver instruction according to students’ skill level, age and learning capabilities
🔹Supervise the students in your Learn to Swim classes
🔹Complete required administration requirements specific to the Go swim programs
🔹Attend training sessions and staff meetings, as set out by the Centre and Aquatic teams

ESSENTIAL:
🔹Current First Aid (Level 2) & Current CPR Certificate
🔹Working With Children Check (or equivalent)
🔹National Police Check
🔹Current Austswim Certificate – Teaching of Swimming and Water Safety or equivalent
🔹Must effectively work in a team environment
